▪ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
▪ 2 cups broccoli florets
▪ 3 cloves garlic, minced
▪ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
▪ 1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 Press tofu between paper towels for 10 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Pat dry thoroughly.
2 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
